I can now cross the "writing a book" thing off my bucket list.

My book!
Hi everyone! I finally did it this month. I put my book up for sale on the Nook and Kindle. So exciting! I've sold about 100 books so far and so I thought I'd share the link on here with everyone. It's only 99cents, and it's called The Bite that Binds---a hot, vampire story.

My doggy
People without dogs just don't get it. My dog isn't just a dog--he's my baby boy. My fluffy son. I seriously love him more than some people love their human kids. He's such a good doggy. He doesn't bark much, listens well, and he's sorta wimpy. I mean the dog is a Miniature Schnauzer and they were bred to be ratters.....well my niece got one of those hamsters at Christmas that zip across the floor. He ran away from it terrified. lol He follows me EVERYWHERE. Right now he's laying on the bed with me (on his special doggy blanket of course), and I couldn't imagine him not being here. He's helped me with my anxiety too and that's a great thing.
Anyway---my doggy pet peeve is people that have dogs and leave them chained up outside all year! That is cruel. No if, ands, or buts.....it's mean. How would you like to be chained up in a certain area in the cold weather all your life? Especially when nobody barely pays attention to you........
Love your dogs. Maybe not more than your spouse but right up there near it. :-P I'll add a picture of my Bubba so you can all see how cute he is! Miniature Schnauzers ROCK! I will have one now for the rest of my life.

Motivation.
Where is it? If you find it send it to me please. :-) I have so much fall cleanup to do in the garden. UGH. Not looking forward to it all. Yesterday I painted all of the back steps which took a while because there are quite a lot of them.

The Savageman!
I had THE most awesome time this morning. I live in Westernport right near the bike course for the Westernport Wall section of the Savageman triathlon. Watching these bikers climb up such a steep grade was absolutely amazing! I've been reading a lot about Bjorn Andersson from Sweden because he is last years winner and a professional. Got to see him going up the hill this morning although he was in 2nd right behind someone else. And I talked to a girl from Ottawa whose husband was in the race. She later came down and told me he'd made it up the hill. I think I screamed "You can do it", to every biker that passed by me on the hill. It was so exciting and I love seeing a few words of encouragement making a biker hunker down and dig in. Every year there seem to be more and more spectators. Can't wait for next years already! Oh and you should've seen some of the wrecks. Some were brutal and looked very painful. Of course this 56 mile bike ride is preceded by a 1.2 mile swim and followed by a 13.1 mile double loop around Deep Creek. Anyway, that's my new update. Awesome morning. Perfect weather too!

Update.........
Just a quick blog to say that my mouth is totally fine now...and I didn't explain before that 2 of the teeth I had out were wisdom teeth. The other 2 were back molars. So it's not like I'm walking around with a bunch of visible teeth missing. lol
Anyway...........so I got an xbox 360 just over a month ago and I am SUCH an addict. I mean really, it's sad. I got told the other day that I was really good-----for a girl. WTF? Seriously? I'm good. Period. Put up almost 4000 gamerpoints to win my first 360voice challenge. That was some hardcore gaming. LOL
Wanna add me? I'm PROLOZ.
Sure wish this stupid rain would end. Without sunlight I suffer. Seriously.
And I wish my brother lived in MD still. MI is so far away and we are so much alike and I miss him even though he calls me 3 times during his work day and then we chat on the 360 at night. lol
Let's see, what else? Pool will be getting ready to open up soon. Looking forward to that. Yard is greening up and lots of things are growing.
That's all for now folks. Later.

Pain reminds us we're alive.
So a few days ago I had 4 teeth out!!!! 2 of them had to be cut out. Thank God I was sedated though but still......I have a dental phobia, and now I'm all swollen up and my gums are killing me.......I was so pissed, I told him NO gas. NONE. So what does he do? Throws that stupid thing on me and says, this will loosen you up while i get ready with the needle. That gas made my heart feel like it was going to explode. I will NOT have that again. NO WAY.
They said no smoking for a week, of course I already knew the risk of dry socket and I do not want that. My sister said it's worse than childbirth. lol So here I am, close to 3 full days without a cig. A record for me. You don't understand. I smoke a lot. Like at least a pack a day. I get urges now and then.....especially after eating or when drinking coffee. But I keep telling myself that I came this far, it would be a shame to go back to smoking.
I took one out earlier and held it and the lighter in my hand. So tempted. But I didn't do it. I thought, okay---here you are at a crossroads. You can either light up and be weak, or stay strong and at least give this a good shot.
It's SO hard. I read nicotine is as addictive as heroin. And I've been smoking now for oh......15 years.
Take it from me, do NOT start. If I could go back to the day I would I would do things very differently.
Anyway, wish me luck---I'll keep this updated!

Tiredness
It's been a while huh? Sorry about that---I forget at times that this exists.
I'm soooooo tired today. I read until 3am, then got up at 6am. So yeah, 3 hours sleep doesn't cut it at 32.....maybe back when I was 21 and out partying all night, but not now.
And I'm NOT a napper, if I napped I wouldn't sleep at all tonight. So I'm plodding onward thru the day.
It's beautiful here today...sunny, 70's, blue sky---love it!
Hoping Mark comes home tonight with dinner so I don't have to cook in my sleep deprived state....lol
Show me love!
